The CX System

Not a set of tools —
one system

Diagnostics, services and knowledge rest on one backbone: seven customer culture dimensions and four maturity levels. This page shows how it all connects — and where to start given your situation.

Why this way: the logic of the model

The market is full of CX maturity models — some measure technology and data, others processes. This model measures something else: customer culture. Not which tools you own, but how the organisation thinks about the customer in every decision. Tools can be bought in a week; culture changes over years — and it's culture that determines whether CX investment pays off.

7

Seven dimensions

Not five, not twelve. Seven customer culture dimensions — from empathy and proactive feedback to customer champions — cover the whole field: how you listen, how you decide, who owns it. Fewer would leave blind spots; more would become a checklist no one reviews. Seven is the line where the model still fits in your head, yet misses nothing that matters.

4

Four maturity levels

In each dimension, an organisation sits at one of four levels: Reactive (reacting once it's cost you) → Emerging (initiatives exist, but depend on individuals) → Managed (processes work, not personalities) → Systemic (a culture that survives people changing). The goal isn't "everything systemic at once" — it's knowing where you are and which single step would deliver most.

1

One profile, not one score

Organisations are rarely evenly mature — strong at measuring, weak at the seams; great at reacting, blind to proactivity. So the result is a profile across seven dimensions, not a single number. An overall score hides exactly what matters most: which one dimension, if moved, would change the most.

This model isn't just test mechanics — it's the language that connects every layer of this site. Diagnostics measure your profile. Services move specific dimensions up a level. The knowledge base explains why certain levels are so hard to reach. The CX Maturity Assessment shows your profile in 5 minutes — a natural place to start.

The lifecycle: from listening to governing

Five services — not five separate products, but phases of one cycle. Each answers a specific question and prepares the ground for the next. You can start at any phase, based on where your biggest gap is today.

Three layers

Every asset belongs to one of three layers. Diagnostics show where you are. Governance turns diagnosis into a system. Culture keeps it alive.

Diagnostics

Where you are

Assessments and calculators show your maturity profile and what the gaps cost — objectively, no sign-up.

Governance

How to change

Five services turn diagnosis into a managed system: from listening to a blueprint with ownership and rhythm.

Culture

How to sustain

The knowledge base is the methodological foundation: why customers stay silent, where leadership blind spots hide, how CX becomes a business system.

Where to start?

Start with the maturity assessment — it shows your profile across all 7 dimensions and points you to what matters most in your situation. Or let's talk directly — 30 minutes, no strings attached.
